We have really become extremely poorly conditioned.

Touching our more intimate body parts?
It often means โ€œsomethingโ€.

It's a hint that the other person is in the mood for sex.
It is related to excitement and/or intimacy.
It is often a kind of foreplay.

As a result, we can sometimes be physically shocked when touched.
Or we brace ourselves, instead of relaxing.

Touching your body, without sexual intentionsโ€ฆ
Touching your partner without a hidden agendaโ€ฆ
It has a healing effect.

How often do you touch your own body?
As a man, your penis and balls?
As a woman, your vagina?

We often unconsciously hold a lot of tension in our bodies.
This exercise will help you let go of this.
To allow your body and nervous system to experience real safety.

This practice is not foreplay. On the contrary.
Only do this practice 100% free of sexual intentions.

DAILY PRACTICE

You can do this to yourself.
Or you can ask your partner to do this with his/her hand.

It is actually different for your nervous system if you do this yourself,
or that someone else does this to you.

Ideally, you would experience both.
Let someone else do this and do this to yourself too.

MEN

  • Place a hand on and around the penis and balls daily.
  • Do not subtract.
  • Just touching and holding.
  • Or knead gently.
  • Let the presence of the hand be enough.
  • Feel the softness and the warmth.
  • Soften and move in your hip and pelvic area if that feels good.
  • Take a deep breath into your lower abdomen.
  • It doesn't matter if you get hard or not, there is no sexual goal.

WOMEN

  • Place one hand gently and lovingly over the vagina.
  • Like a kind of cup.
  • Low and between the legs.
  • Feel the safety and security.
  • Experience the presence of the hand, without expectations of the other.
  • You don't need to do anything at all.
  • Nothing else is going to happen but this.
  • See if you can relax into the touch.
  • Bring your soft breathing into your pelvic area.
  • Release tension on the exhalation.

Are you experiencing excitement? Tension?
Stress? Relaxation? Or do you feel nothing?
Breathe into it, feel it and let it be there for a moment.

For example, do this practice for 5 minutes a day.
In bed before going to sleep is often easy.

I wish you lots of non-sexual touch!
